Terry considered this house to be his best work. This residence was built over several years, with the architect thinking and rethinking details. Built, in part, of found organic elements, such as driftwood, Terry designed the residence to blend into its natural setting as much as possible. He utilized a sod roof, long before it became popular. He moved out in 1992, transferring to a farmhouse compund near Mount Vernon, WA.
