Meyer and John Bakewell, both of San Francisco, CA; the housing development contained 469 units, and was built at the same time as Holly Courts (118 units), Sunnydale (767 units), Valencia Gardens (246 units) and Westside Courts (136 units)for the San Francisco Housing Authority (chartered in 1938).
