Architect Henry W. Bittman (1882-1953) applied Jacobethan Revival ornamentation to this skyscraper's exterior.

As designed, the Terminal Sales Building stood 132 feet high and had 11 stories. This remodeled office building, framed in reinforced concrete, occupied a 0.23-acre parcel, and contained 102,846 gross square feet, 79,140 net, in 2012. Retail stores were located on the first floor, offices above, with basement storage.

The building was renovated in 1970.
