Overview

An advertisement in the Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1925, (p. 179), indicated that the Campbell-Joralmon-Rowley, Incorporated, the Washington Building's leasing agent, marketed it as "catering to high class Attorneys and Manufacturers' Agents." Campbell-Joralmon-Rowley, Incorporated, maintained its offices in Room #400 of the Washington Building.
