Costing $33,809,495, the Kent High School #4 was the third most expensive public building in Washington erected in 1995. Construction began in June 1995 and completed May 1997. When finished, the school contained 232,206 square feet with classrooms, offices, a theater, auto shop, and two gymansiums to serve 1600 students.
