In 2007, Microsoft leased the top fifteen floors of one of the Lincoln Towers to house its Sales Headquarters. As of 2006, Eddie Bauer Corporate Headquarters were to be located on floors 9-12. Kemper Freeman opened the 28-story tower on 06/28/2007.

These two towers, planned for owners Kemper Development Company, were to contain 540,000 square-feet of Class A office space; Kemper Development Company, founded by Kemper Freeman, Sr., just after World War II, was one of the largest landowners in Bellevue, WA, where, by 2006, it owned the Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place, and Lincoln Square mixed-use developments. In addition to shopping, restaurants, a 16-screen movie theater and office space, Lincoln Square contained 146 condominium units at its opening. Kemper Development mentioned on its website: "Reaching completion in November of 2005, the multi-use project is the largest of its kind under construction in the nation." (See:)
