This Spanish Colonial Revival Style house with a corner turret on the front west corner was prominently sited within the small Rockledge Subdivision; the house was built for a physician who was an original partner in the Rockledge Subdivision and was an early developer of Dana Point, CA; Dr. Beebe's wife, Eva, a poet, died from a fall off a nearby cliff while sleepwalking;
