Ellwood designed this office complex for the Irvine Corporation, consisting of two four-story office towers and two, one-story bank buildings; the exterior was cover in United States Steel Cor-Ten Steel; James Tyler and Robert Bacon were the lead designers on the project; the Structural Engineer was Norman-Epstein of Los Angeles, CA; Paul S. Bennett was the Mechanical Engineer of the lquid-filled column system design; J.B. Allen and Company of Anaheim was the General Contractor; Lee and Daniel of Asuza, CA, acted as the Metal Frame Fabricator and Erector;
