Wyman may have designed this c. 1891 while he worked for the firm of Peters and Burns; Silas Reese Burns obtained contracts for at least three veterans facilities in Sawtelle, CA, Marion, IN, and and Dayton, OH; (both Wyman and Burns lived in Dayton at the time)
