Designed for Seattle restauranteur, David Cohn;

Demolished in c.1982, after the Polynesia was removed from its site on Pier 51 in Seattle, WA; the City of Seattle condemned the pier as part of eminent domain proceedings; the restaurant was removed by crane, awaiting a new home, but because of changed zoning laws, a new site could not be found; a local fire department apparently burned the landmark as a practice site;
