This warehouse was constructed with a central 30-foot elevator that could transport trucks to all floors to unload goods; the interior was made fireproof in order to store the vans overnight; the building was seven stories high and measured 200'x 50'(at one end) and 80'(at the other end); special vaults and and offices were located on floor one; work and repair shops were placed in the basement; all floors except the top floor were left open; the top floor was divided into 136 separate storage rooms;
