The first development consisting of 51 houses, produced through the collaboration of developer Joseph Eichler and an architectural firm, in this case, Anshen and Allen; located nearby to Eichler's first, non-architect-designed Sunnyvale Manor Tract; this tract included the house model "AA-1," that attracted wide attention from architectural magazines;
