Architect Winchton Risley (1887-1975) designed this house for Maurice Saeta, a prominent lawyer and Democratic activist in Los Angeles, CA; Saeta (b. Kentucky, 08/21/1892-d. 05/06/1974, Los Angeles, CA) served as an alternate delegate to Democratic National Convention from California in 1940, 1944, and 1948; this residence was one of Risley's most frequently published designs;
