Sabin designed this weekend house to have a main living room lined with huge, floor-to-ceiling, window expanses. The house had rustic masonry walls, Spanish tile roof, and other hallmarks of the Spanish Colonial Revival Style; yet, it featured some very modern aspects, particularly the glazed walls of the living room.
