Building History

Architect Kirtland K. Cutter (1860-1939) designed this vacation residence for the prominent director Victor Fleming (1889-1949). Cutter spent most of his career practicing in Spokane, WA, moving to Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, in 1923 and Long Beach, CA, in 1924.
