Reflecting the prosperity and increased size of Baby Boom families, Joseph L. Eichler's (1900-1974) houses of this time (1964) demonstrated larger floor plans than his economical early efforts c. 1950; houses in Fairhills had 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2400 square;
