The San Francisco architectural firm of Meyers and Ward designed the Alaska Commercial Building, completed just after the devastating San Francisco Earthquake of 06/06/1906.
Site now occupied by the Union Bank Building, San Francisco, CA (1977); the building stood 13 stories tall, 49 meters (160 feet); drawings of the Alaska Commercial Building have been preserved at the University of California, Berkeley, College of Environmental Design Archives, Henry H.
