S. Charles Lee designed this Spanish Colonial Revival Style theatre; it had a large pylon that supported a blade sign reading "Fox." On one side of the front facade, a narrow arched porte cochere led cars through to a parking lot in back. A sign over the arched entrance read "Free Auto Park Entrance.". This theatre had a large entry patio and a curving, external stairway leading to a main lobby. External courtyards were unusual for California movie theatres but not unheard-of.

The Florence Theatre had approximately 1,800 seats when it opened in 1932.

Demolished.
