B. Marcus Priteca began planning for this theatre in 1941. It was located within the Lathrop Building at 630 West 4th Avenue in Anchorage, AK; A.A. Porreca served as the Associated Architect. Anthony Heinsbergen and Frank Bauman painted murals of Alaska's Natural Beauty, Industrial Growth and Agriculture for the 4th Avenue Theatre.
