Dates: constructed 1921
Warren Bechtel (1872-1933) and his construction company built water tunnels at this hydroelectric facility in 1921. It was one of the firm's largest and most important commissions at the time.
These two sections of the Caribou plant could each generate 24 MW of power; it was completed by 06/1921.
