Building Notes

The Williams House had 12,000 square feet arrayed on three floors;

Alteration architect, Bob McCabe of Bob McCabe, Architects, Sacramento; McCabe and Otto added a new basement and moved the house to a new site with new landscaping; cost of move and remodel was $1.7 Million;
