16.52.1080 the Phillips House. A. Pursuant to the provisions of chapter 2.63 and with the recommendation of the planning commission, the city council designates the following building as an historic landmark in the city: The Phillips House which was constructed in 1929 and is located at 5917 Lemon Avenue, parcel #7124022024.
