A competition devised by Eli Broad and other powerful Los Angeles business leaders to revitalize 3.2 million square feet on lots facing Grand Avenue, the street on which the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the Museum of Contemporary Art stand; four groups were invited to participate, including Cleveland, OH-based Forest City Enterprises and Bunker Hill LLP.
