Part of the El Pueblo Viejo Landmark District in Santa Barbara; the Mihran Building housed a pottery shop in 1924, and is considered a textbook example of the Monterey Colonial Style; it was designed as a two story structure, with a cantilevered porch that wrapped around two sides of the building;
