Building History

The Eugene-based architectural partnership of Balzhiser, Seder and Rhodes designed the Lew WIlliams Chevrolet dealership in the northern section of the Fairmount neighborhood of Eugene, OR, completed in 1959-1960. In 2026, this area, contiguous with the University of Oregon Campus, was also known as the "East Campus."

After the demise of the automobile agency, the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Eugene occupied the building.
