Overview

In 2026, Irvine Terrace contained about 390 custom houses, located in a tract bounded by Bayside Drive on the west, Avocado Avenue on the southeast, and the Pacific Coast Highway (California Highway 1) on the north. It forms part of the Corona del Mar neighborhood of Newport Beach, CA. The tract has its own park, Irvine Terrace Park.

Building History
