Building History

Architect Roger J. Gotteland (1914-1999) designed this four-bedroom, 2-bath, split-level residence for a site in Seattle's Ravenna neighborhood. In 2026, the house occupied an 8,025-square-foot (0.13-acre) lot and contained 2,780 square feet of interior space.

Building Notes

The house was on sale for an asking price of $1,725,000 in 01/2026. One entered the house into a foyer/living room space. An office/BR opened off to the left. A half-stair led up to three bedrooms and a full bath. Stairs led down to a level containing a laundry, half-bath, kitchen, dining room and sun room. From this floor another short flight of stairs descended to a second living room (formerly referred to as a "recreation" or "family" room). This lower living room opened onto a patio and the back yard.
