A City of Los Angeles Cultural Heritage Commission report of 06/02/2022 listed significant alterations to the bank: "The subject property has experienced a number of alterations including new interior partitions and ceilings in 1977; installation of a vault and construction of a new room in 1985; replacement of a structural wall and construction of a new wall in 1987; interior remodeling in 2005; and demolition of non-structural interior walls, addition of an entry door and interior partition, and new interior finishes in 2009. Other alterations as noted in correspondence from the property owner’s representative dated May 11, 2022, include exterior door replacement, removal of the original Home Savings signage and installation of Chase Bank signage, and addition of concrete access ramps with metal railings at the entry patio of the rear, northeast-facing elevation."
