Building History

The New York, NY-based architectural firm of TenBerke collaborated with Seattle architect Mahlum Architects to design this replacement dormitory for Haggett Hall #1. Destruction of Haggett Hall #1 had been looming for at least ten years, between 2014 and 2024, and its demolition began in 2024.
