Overview
This country club development occupied a 163-acre parcel northwest of the Sand Point Naval Air Station. The complex originally consisted of a golf course formed in a three-sided ring around an oval tract set aside for a private community of 200 residences. These residences were advertised in the Seattle Timesthroughout 1929.
