Building History
The architectural firm Rand and Dow of Spokane, WA, designed this residence for O.M. Hall, in 1891. The Spokane Daily Chronicle said of the house: "O.F. Hall, cashier of the Pacific bank, will erect a nine-room frame house on the corner of Sixth and Stevens streets at a cost of $8,000."
