The Lake House Condominium had two buildings, one at 2320 43rd Avenue East (to the west), and the other at 2330 43rd Avenue East.

Building History

Completed in 1968, the Lake House Condominium comprised two, three-story structures occupying a 49,718-square-foot (1.14-acre) property. Part of the complex had foundations on land while part was erected on pilings in Lake Washington. It contained 47 units in 2025, each with an average size of 1,055 square feet. A swimming pool was positioned between the two buildings. (See King County Department of Assessments.gov, "Parcel Data for Parcel #4041800000," accessed 08/05/2025.)

This long apartment building extending into Lake Washington replaced a residence, the the Vernon J. Hillker House built at this address in 1957.
