Building History
The house was owned by Cornelius Peck before 12/30/2008, when the deed was transfered to Gloria B. Peck. Gloria Peck and Jeff McMoyler sold the house to Thakur Aman and Sandhu Geetika on 06/27/2024 for $1.5 million. It had an asking price of $1.75 million in 07/2025.
Building Notes
The King County Assessor indicated that the house had 1.5 stories. The PCAD entry field can only accept whole numbers, and, therefore, two stories was entered for the 2350 Delmar Drive East House.
The residence occupied a 12,100-square-foot (0.28-acre) lot in 2025. The first floor had 1,640 square feet, the second, 860, and the basement 1,100. It also contained a 340-square-foot garage. Alteration
