Building History

In 1957, George Lang was the Assistant Cashier and Manager of the Wells Fargo and Company Bank branch in Menlo Park, CA. E.O. Bastianon was another assistant cashier. (See Palo Alto, California, City Directory, 1957, p. 619.)

The bank later moved its Downtown Menlo Park location to 735 Santa Cruz Avenue.

Building Notes

Another branch operated nearby to Palo Alto and Menlo Park in East Palo Alto, CA, at this time, at 1935 University Avenue. (See Palo Alto, California, City Directory, 1957, p. 619.)

Demolition

This bank branch's interior was demolished, although its exterior structure may still stand.
