Overview

Richard Haag laid out a sequence of four garden rooms on a 140-acre parcel within the Bloedel Reserve during the years 1979 through 1984. The processional experience, as developed by Haag in consultation with Prentice and Virginia Merrill Bloedel, consisted of the Garden of Planes, Anteroom, Reflection Garden and Bird Sanctuary.
