Overview

The prolific, 19th-century, Los Angeles architecture firm of Ezra Kysor and Octavius Morgan submitted plans to the Los Angeles City Council for a second City Hall in 03/1886. Kysor and Morgan were one of three finalists that included them, Robert Brown Young and Boring and Haas. Boring and Haas's entry was selected, leaving the other two unbuilt.
