Building History
Tacoma architect Alan Liddle, FAIA, designed this residence for a commercial builder, the Crown-Pacific Corporation, and was erected on a formerly unbuildable hillside site in Tacoma, WA. The residence contained three bedrooms and two baths as well as a living room, dining room, kitchen, den, family room and a lowe level recreation room within its 4,000-square-foot plan. The building sold for a hefty $200,000 c. 1980, and won a Grand Award from Builder Magazine in 1982.
