Building History

The gable-roofed, shingled residence at 1476 Greenwood Terrace was erected in 1907, and was situated in an historic neighborhood of hillside houses. It was located just south of the Greenwood Common development of notable Modern houses designed by various architects including Rudolph Schindler (1887-1953) and John Funk (1908-1993).

Building Notes

In 2025, the house contained three bedrooms and two baths, and occupied a 5,500-square-foot lot.
