Building History

In 1901, the Farmers' and Merchants' Bank of Stockton operated on the southwest corner of Main and San Joaquin Streets in Downtown Stockton, CA. At this time, Philip B. Fraser was its president; David S. Rosenbaum, was its vice-president; and Charles H. Keagle its cashier. The bank had $300,000 in assets, and a surplus of $150,000.
