A note in the American Architect in 1911 said of this hospital: "Ontario--Site has been purchased west of town by Sisters of St. Dominic, who will erect $40,000 hospital. Architect Arthur Elliott, of Ontario, has prepared plans." (See "Building News--Oregon," American Architect, vol. C, no. 1859, 08/09/1911, p. 12.)
