Lomax was listed as an associate of Ellwood's on this project; house comprised a 32-foot by 72-foot rectangle; plan was oriented to take advantage of a sweeping city view on the south; no glass walls faced the street or carport; blue wireglass was used on the windows to absorb sunlight; Ellwood designed the house to be erected quickly with pre-fab wall panels;
