Overview

Completed in 1965, the Woodlake Residential Apartments occupied a tract bounded on the northwest by Peninsula Avenue, North Delaware Street on the southwest, a service road on the southeast and North Humboldt Street on the northeast.

Building History

Architect Donn Emmons (1910-1997) served as the Wurster, Bernardi and Emmons (WBE) partner in charge of the Westlake Residential Apartment complex.
