In 2007, a large expansion and renovation project occurred at the Westfield Shoppingtown including the addition of a new food court, new theatre complex, new second level retail spaces. The Gelsons Supermarket at the former Century City Shopping Center was also enlarged and structural alterations were made to a below-grade parking structure.
