Overview

The Lamona Block operated at 14 East 1st Avenue in 1890. (See R.L. Polk and Company's Spokane Falls, Washington, City Directory, 1890, p. 44.)

Building History

In 1891, the Lamona Block stood at 12-14 East 1st Avenue. A stairway stood in the center of the building. At 12 East 1st, a billiard hall operated, at 14 East 1st, a bar.
