The former Langham Hotel (later Sherwood Apartments) also had a street address of 119 North Bernard Street in 2024, on the southwest corner of Main and Bernard.

Building History

According to an advertisement in R.L. Polk and Company's Spokane City Directory, 1909, (p. 1295), The 90-room Langham Hotel had a "New building, New Furniture, Special Rates by Week or Month, Clothes Closets in All Rooms." W.H. Kennedy managed the Langham Hotel operating on the corner of Bernard and Main Avenue.

In later years, the Langham Hotel was known as the "Sherwood Apartments."
