The Swedish Methodist Church stood on the northeast corner of Pine Street and Boren Avenue by 1906. It was likely being built in 1905, but no trace of it can be found on the Sanborn Insurance Maps of Seattle, WA, Volume Two, 1905, Sheet #207. it operated there by 1906, as per the Polk Seattle Directory Company's Seattle, Washington, City Directory, 1906, (p. 109). In 1906, Rev. John Johnson was its pastor.
