Building History

As noted in a Los Angeles Times article on more expensive apartment house construction in Los Angeles, CA, in late 1926, the four-story building at 1746 North Cherokee Avenue was to be erected for Marion P. Raab for $400,000. (See "Higher Quality in Flats Shown," Los Angeles Times, 11/14/1926, sect. E., p. 2.)

Building Notes
