Building Notes

In R.L. Polk and Company's Fresno, California, City Directory, 1940, (p. 590), the Brix Building was the only office building listed in the classified business section under the heading, "Air-Conditioned Office Buildings." There may have been others, but this was the only one listed as having that distinction.
