Overview

The firm of Ray Kappe Architects and Planners designed this residence for Anne Keeler c. 1990. It burned in the Pacific Palisades Fire of 01/2025.

Building History

Architect Ray Kappe (1927-2019) designed the Keeler House to have a central atrium spine, on either side of which were rectangular wings. The roof of the eastern wing had three rows of solar panels. The residence contained four bedrooms and three baths.

Building Notes

The Keeler House occupied a 7,143-square-foot lot and contained 4,142 square feet. The house was very difficult to view from Akron Street.

Demolition

The Keeler House was one a many significant residences burned by the Palisades Fire on 01/07/2025.
