Building History

A building permit was granted in late April or early May of 1904 for a house for a J.H. Gilluly at 1504 East Alder Street in Seattle, WA. The Seattle Daily Times reported: "J.H. Gilidy [sic], 1504 East Alder St. build 2-story frame residence, 24x31, shingle roof, $1,671." (See "Building Permits," Seattle Times, 05/02/1904, p. 7.)
